Urban Visits

In 2003-2004, the Governor General of the time, Adrienne Clarkson, visited many urban centres to learn more about the concerns of people living in Canada’s cities. Public events offered Canadians the opportunity to dialogue with the Governor General about innovations and ideas that can be shared with other municipalities to make cities desirable places to live.
