| Despite suffering from polio since his youth, he has led a full and rewarding life as a distinguished lawyer, scholar, teacher and leader in voluntary community affairs. In addition to practising law, he is a Professor at the University of Manitoba, President of the Canadian Paraplegic Association and Vice-Chancellor of the Diocese of Rupert's Land. |
