| Elected to the House of Commons in the sixties, he has devoted a good part of his life to the service of society. He was successively a federal minister, a senator and Lieutenant Governor of the province of Quebec in the early eighties. During this important period of our history, he carried out his duties with dignity and pride. He has also been involved in many volunteer organizations. |
