| A physician and former politician, she has made exceptional contributions to society throughout her career. She has demonstrated outstanding leadership, serving as the first woman President of both the Ontario and Canadian Medical associations and as the provincial Minister of Education during a period of great change. Drawing on her many years of experience, she continues to be active as a consultant in the fields of medicine and education. |
