| He was Professor of Law at the University of Saskatchewan and one of the youngest law school deans in North America. During his ten years as a Member of Parliament, he held four different portfolios and was also Minister Responsible for the Canadian Wheat Board, in which capacity he made fundamental changes to the grain industry. Educator, politician and businessman, he has made significant contributions to Canadian life. |
