| A distinguished medieval historian, Dr. Labarge has six major books to her credit, including biographies of St. Louis and Henry V of England. Her writing, though scholarly in the best tradition, reflects an ability to bring history to life. In addition she has written a Study for the Royal Commission on the Status of Women and devotes much effort to voluntary work in nursing and the care of convalescents, the disabled and the aged. |
